Eutopia gets go ahead for 500 Salford flats

Developer Euopia Homes has received planning approval for building 500 flats in Salford.

This is a £105m scheme which includes 500 flats for sale and rent which is to be built in a 2.8-acre site next to the River Irwell, beside Exchange Quay.

Eutopia Homes has received the green light in council virtual planning session and also stated that this developent will help in contributing to the local economy.

The construction phase of this project will give £68m economic boost and also will create around 600 jobs.
